Anaheim High School Fundraiser American Flyer Wave

Anaheim High, in conjunction with  and American Flyer Bicycle, hosted the 1st Colony Bike-A-Thon on Saturday, April 8, to benefit campus clubs and athletic programs.

Non-bikers were also welcome.  In fact, those without wheels borrowed a bicycle if they were one of the first 100 registered riders. Also, free helmets from the Anaheim Police and Fire departments were provided to the first 100 cyclists.

Another event perk: free bike tune-ups were provided by technicians.

Following the Bike-A-Thon, a free taco lunch was provided to riders.

Following the Bike-A-Thon, a Resource Fair was held in the campus central quad. Along with booths providing information about various community services, there was music and other entertainment.
